The unique blend of coaching and energy work I use is transformative. I tend to work with people who are going through big life transitions like marriage, having babies, moving, changing jobs/careers, divorce, and are ready to let go of:

Imposter syndrome (believing you’re not really as good as everyone thinks you are - it’s that voice of doubt that talks you out of your greatness).
Masks that hide your authenticity and true self.
Assumptions that hold you back.
Negative stories that keep you stuck.
Self-sabotage.
Feeling like a victim.
Anger and resentment.
Rationalizing and justifying.
Loving big but giving parts of yourself away in the process.
My unique combination of energy work and coaching leaves clients ready to release what no longer serves them and move forward, shining their light in the world.

My pronouns are she/her/hers. I joyfully work with people of all backgrounds and welcome the LBGTQ+ community and the BIPOC community. I believe in creating safe and sacred spaces with my clients to be their authentic selves. I adhere to the International Coaching Federation’s Code of Ethics which includes a section on equality which is defined as a situation in which all people experience inclusion, access to resources and opportunity, regardless of their race, ethnicity, national origin, color, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religion, immigration status, mental or physical disability, and other areas of human difference.
